La Asociación Judicial Bonaerense (AJB) dio su aceptación a la última propuesta salarial que realizó la Provincia.
La Provincia llegó a un acuerdo de aumento salarial con los empleados judiciales bonaerenses y logró cerrar la paritaria hasta diciembre. La Asociación Judicial Bonaerense (AJB) aceptó un 12% de aumento al básico y un 2,4% en la Bonificación Especial y Compensación Funcional a partir del 1 de septiembre; además, de un 2% a partir del 1 de octubre y otro 2% a partir de noviembre de 2020.
El gremio había logrado el incremento del 9% en marzo y sumado al actual, alcanzan un acumulado al mes de noviembre de 27% y la promesa de reapertura de negociaciones durante la primera semana de diciembre. Finalmente, el acuerdo llegó después de semanas de conversaciones.
“Durante este mes rechazamos tres propuestas salariales de aumentos por debajo de la inflación, forzamos al gobierno a retomar negociaciones luego del intento de cierre por decreto y mejoramos en seis puntos la primer propuesta recibida”, manifestó Pablo Abramovich, secretario general de la AJB.
Por su parte, el Estado Provincial remarcó que la propuesta salarial toma en consideración los pedidos de los representantes gremiales de la Asociación Judicial Bonaerense (AJB) así como también las sugerencias recibidas por parte de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Provincia de Buenos Aires y el Colegio de Magistrados.
El ofrecimiento que realizaron las autoridades bonaerenses incluye la reapertura del diálogo en diciembre y el trabajo conjunto con el Poder Judicial sobre temas no salariales.
Al mismo tiempo, el ministerio de Hacienda y Finanzas de la Provincia avanzó en diálogos con la Suprema Corte para tratar temas de presupuesto y mejorar la infraestructura judicial.
